Very well cooked meals from starter to dessert including main courses with welcome and warm atmosphere. Very good organization which considerably reduces the wait. Attentive to the well-being of the customer. Perfect for people who have short lunch breaks. I highly recommend !

31/03/2024: We stayed with our three children and my husband in this sublime hotel for the baptism of our friends. The hotel is absolutely charming, the decoration is breathtaking, the welcome exceptional and the breakfast of very high quality. The welcome is tailor-made with the layout of family rooms. We had a great time in this hotel in the city center of Castres.
28/03/2024: I have rarely met such kind people. Employees have the image of the boss. I recommend that you are passing through as a tourist or on a business trip. Don't look elsewhere. You are in the right place.
