A Michelin-starred restaurant in a small village, with an incredibly talented chef, everything is homemade using mostly locally sourced ingredients. The beef fillet Rossini is one of the best I've ever had. I can't wait to go back. As a restaurateur and food lover, I recommend it 200%!

We went to eat at this restaurant this weekend as a family. The dishes were very nicely presented; however, the scallop risotto was a bit bland with very little asparagus. For the price of the set menu and individual dishes, we think there should be tablecloths on the tables, and some people were seated on banquettes that weren't very comfortable for eating. Finally, we found the restaurant to be noisy.

While passing through Brazey-en-Plaine, my friend introduced me to this hidden gem of a restaurant. What can I say except... it was a truly wonderful experience. A warm and cozy atmosphere. You're very comfortable. The eggs meurette, simple yet absolutely divine! A welcoming cuisine where the flavors are enhanced by perfect seasoning and beautiful presentation. Honestly, I'm so glad I discovered this place. I thank the team and wish you continued success.
