21/12/2023: I don't understand the negative comments. My experience is as follows: the waiter and waitresses were very attentive and rushed to the dining room for everyone! The oyster platter at €59 was served very cold. The Aop white wine, on the other hand, surprised me, because it was served in a pitcher even though on the menu there was a half-bottle symbol, guaranteeing the good provenance of the wine. I wanted to take the bottle with me. I usually do that, if I don't finish it... The manager was OK for me to take the pitcher, if necessary (a thin bottle without a label). But, ultimately, I finished the wine on the spot. For dessert, two vanilla-pear balls served very quickly and a short wait for my wife for her chocolate fondant. Nevermind. On the other hand, a superb espresso coffee with its little foam, a sign of good preparation! And it smelled good. I'm a big fan of good coffee and I really enjoyed it! Please have your floor repaired which is bending and caused my chair to swing to port twice when the waiter walked on it. THANKS. Best wishes !
