Rooms are super nice and very clean. The staff is also very friendly and especially the lovely Jasmin. She is very friendly and helpful when there are small misunderstandings.

It's a shame that the bar worker was mistreated by one of her colleagues; uglier still in a “Mercure”…

We passed here on our three week bike tour. The reception was professionally friendly, the room was pre-cooled with air conditioning (thank you) and we were satisfied. Unfortunately, the bicycles were only given a place outside the hotel; you should find a place for guests' bikes inside, especially since the Saone cycle path is so close. The visit to the restaurant to eat a cheese plate and bottle of “Macon” (very tasty) was good. However, a wine cooler only came upon request, which should be a given on the terrace in summer temperatures. The breakfast was too expensive in our opinion, we chose the "petit dejeuner" - that was ok.

Another Mercure hotel where Accor has renovated the lobby but not the rooms. Indeed, after checking in in a very beautiful lobby, you will be disappointed when you discover your room. The decor is dated, the room is aging poorly, the visuals on the curtains hurt the eyes. Service level is good but far from excellent. We feel a bit like we're intruding as soon as we ask for something. The team is not unpleasant but not super happy to be there. At least that's my impression. The location of the hotel is very pleasant, the banks of the Saône are magnificent. In short, for one night it's okay. No more.

Charming hotel on the holiday route. We reserved a privilege room for two adults and young children, arrived at 9:30 p.m., and after a phone call to the great receptionist, we were still able to eat at the restaurant, where the waiter (Ben) shared an immense joie de vivre and was happy to welcome us. Great service and very clean room, we recommend!

Nice room, clean but no decor. Tired carpet. Impeccable swimming pool. Friendly reception staff and table service. Good breakfast. The service staff present make up for the lack of personnel and run around a lot. Cobwebs on all the windows in the dining room (outside) and on the right armrest of the dark brown armchair outside, never seen before in a 4-star hotel.

Well located hotel. Former Novotel from the 70s. Friendly and available team. But small rooms for the price. Insufficient renovation. Many equipment at the end of its run. Insufficient maintenance. Doesn't deserve 4 stars.
