Nice restaurant, super friendly service, delicious food. We were running late, but were able to get a meal without any problems. Correct price for a correct meal. You can only eat indoors and during the meal it is self-service on the terrace.

In the town of Essoyes, owned by the famous painter Renoir, there is a restaurant/bar along the l'Ource. You can eat there at lunchtime, but after 2 o'clock it is only drinks and (small) snacks. And possibly, not sure... also dinner in the evening. Nice terrace in the shade of the trees. Otherwise a quiet place, but nice to look at the local museum for the history of the painter Renoir. His home and studio can also be visited. Appointment at the museum.

Arrivés un peu tard, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire. (Nous venions de voir notre réservation dans un autre restaurant " Au cœur des bulles" ignorée avec un accueil plus que détestable) Quel plaisir de retrouver des vrais professionnels avec le sourire, un service efficace et sans attente, des plats de qualité. Merci à vous

04/09/2024: The perfectly located hotel offers a magnificent view overlooking the village of Essoyes, which is also a 5-minute walk away. The terrace where the swimming pool is located is very pleasant and well appointed. The hotel has an excellent restaurant where you will find fine and refined dishes. The cleanliness and general comfort of the establishment is impeccable. What we remember above all is the kindness, accessibility, efficiency and professionalism of all the staff and management. We stayed for two days with my partner and we were very well received. Thank you again. You should know that the management changed last March. The new boss has lots of modernization projects for the hotel, which he has already largely implemented given what the previous owners left him. Congratulations to you and good luck in your progress. We recommend this establishment to everyone. You will definitely have a very good stay there. We will come back, believe us!
