I stopped there in winter but there is the possibility of eating outside, which is very nice.

Very good products and above all very fresh. From now on when we go up to our daughter's house in Sèverac le château we take our break at Délices du Caylar instead of at the aire. Very competent and very kind staff.

We stop there for lunch... And avoid the more motorway area located a few hundred meters away... The chocolate "sacristan", a pretzel type in puff pastry, was excellent, accompanied by a coffee. All at a reasonable price... The only downside (or I didn't see them) is the absence of toilets which redirect towards the motorway area...

It was good the spot is well positioned it's clean inside there is local food, frankly I had a bad experience looking at the highway opposite and well here you saved my break. I ate well, there was room despite the crowds on the highway, the queue was not long because the service was quite efficient. Good experience. For tourists: watch out for the wind on the terrace, the wind at Caylar is really no laughing matter!
