18/08/2026: We often talk about what's wrong, but rarely about what's right! I come to this McDonald's every Tuesday after my daughter's physical therapy session, and I'm always struck by the staff's kindness! When there aren't any inflatable balloons, you can ask for one, and if you haven't finished your drink, you can ask for a to-go drink! The staff is very pleasant, helpful, and attentive, as I pointed out to them today 👍 Plus, the children's play area is a real bonus! My daughter is small, and despite being three years old, three-quarters of the McDonald's play areas aren't suitable for her, whereas this one is much lower than many other McDonald's play areas! Not to mention that throughout your meal, you can see staff regularly cleaning the tables between customers! In fact, I've never had a single complaint about the cleanliness of this McDonald's, or even its restrooms! Thank you to your team, and I truly hope it continues 🙏
