Les Dunes d'Or sur Strasbourg

We were fortunate enough to share our wedding meal at this superb restaurant. The dishes were simply delicious: a salad with Algerian boureks as a starter, followed by a sweet and savory couscous as a main course. And to finish, tea with delectable pastries. We truly felt transported to Algeria. As a young Algerian couple, this was particularly moving for us. The decor was sublime, soothing, and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The musical selections were also excellent: each song evoked a memory for one of us at the table, bringing together different generations. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Years go by and nothing has changed at this restaurant! Everything is still perfect: the couscous is excellent, the service impeccable, the decor sublime, and the oriental music perfect. A setting straight out of Arabian Nights!

Very good couscous, we got it to take away, excellent! We'll come back one evening to eat in.

I tend to think this is the best couscous in Strasbourg. The decor sets the mood and the service is friendly... Not much more to add!

A thousand thanks for this trip! My husband and I absolutely loved your couscous. My husband also had the lamb and prune tagine—it was incredible how your meat melted in your mouth. Without exaggerating, my husband and I were in ecstasy. I learned that you've been in business for 30 years, and well, that explains it! Thank you again, and please don't change a thing!
