A truly Alsatian restaurant. Refined and very generous dishes. A wonderful welcome, attentive waiters (kudos to their memory, they remember all your orders for each guest without even writing them down). The service is quick, efficient, and above all, delivered with excellent humor. David is fantastic, very kind, and has a great sense of humor. We've only been gone two days and we already miss your restaurant. Truly perfect, a must-visit. We loved it so much that we went every night for a week.

A cozy little wine bar with very friendly and attentive staff who also speak German. The food was absolutely delicious and offered good value for money. We will definitely eat here again on our next visit to Strasbourg.

A visit for lunch. I had a Wädele, an Alsatian specialty. Incredibly tender, braised in Pinot Noir. The restaurant's decor was quite nice too.

A lovely atmosphere, a friendly place but not too noisy. Excellent and quite generous portions of local cuisine. The veal cordon bleu with Munster cheese was very good!

I had already visited this Winstub a few years ago on the recommendation of a colleague from the area. Returning for a business trip, I didn't hesitate for a second to go back. High-quality cuisine with fresh ingredients. Warm and attentive service. Stunning ambiance and decor!

24/04/2026: Right next to the Russian consulate, which we visit regularly, easy parking, and above all, a chance to enjoy a pleasant moment around well-set tables and avoid Strasbourg city center, which is a real nightmare to navigate.
20/04/2026: We were greeted by Lucille and her smile, then the excellent service was provided by Sahra, and the pear tart was delicious. I recommend this establishment.
