Authentic, high-quality cuisine, mostly local, and welcoming, friendly owners who are passionate about serving delicious and beautifully presented dishes and satisfying their customers. Hello, excellent restaurant. You'll find everything you could want to satisfy your cravings for mountain dishes... fondue, raclette, and cheese turnovers (original and excellent). All these dishes are accompanied by excellent and generous charcuterie. There are also salads, notably the Caesar salad served in an edible bowl... in addition, the welcome is excellent; you feel right at home, it's a warm and friendly place. I highly recommend L'Alpage. During our "skiing in Roubion" experience, our time spent in this restaurant contributed to making our weekend even more successful, so much so that we ate there on Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime! (On weekends, a quick call ahead to check availability is recommended, as it can get busy.) This restaurant is fantastic!

A definite favorite in Roubion! They offer service at all hours, which is rare, a friendly team, local products, and above all, the food is absolutely delicious – made with love, and it shows. Not to mention the pastries, lovingly crafted by Emy, which are a true delight. A very warm atmosphere – in short, thank you for the warm welcome!
