What a perfect spot tucked away on the Îlot, just a few steps off the Port crowds. The food is consistently delightful, the service is excellent (kudos to the dynamic and personable hostess), the decor is tasteful, sophisticated and understated. It is the perfect balance of refined, comfortable and casual, and our favorite spot on the island. We just keep coming back. Merci à toute l’équipe!

What a pleasure dinner at Les Embruns was! Impeccable from start to finish. The service was friendly and professional, the dishes (fish for us) were superb, the vegetables were beautifully cooked, the desserts were inventive, and the wine selection was perfect (though a bit pricey). Even the Irish coffee was excellent. The setting was very pleasant and peaceful.

We stumbled upon this place while wandering through Saint Martin and were instantly charmed by both the location and the staff!
The cuisine was excellent and refined, served with a smile and in a cheerful atmosphere! We'll definitely be back!
