Stop searching for a restaurant on the quayside and do as we did and discover Les Embruns, slightly tucked away. I admit that chance played a large part in this discovery.
So what can I say except that there's nothing to complain about? Everything is perfect: the welcome, the food.
The little accompaniments with the aperitifs, the "trou rétois" as digestifs, were all very nice touches.
Bravo!

A real gem. Excellent and very fresh dishes. The fish and langoustines are prepared in advance for you. All you have to do is enjoy them in a lovely setting. The staff is delightful.

We were won over! For our birthday dinner during our stay on the island, we made the right choice because everything will be memorable: the welcome, the attentive service, the professionalism, the delicious food, the quality of the ingredients, and the thoughtful touches from the amuse-bouche to the desserts. It was a delight!

From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touch at the end, we loved everything. The cuisine was expertly prepared, the flavor combinations delightful, and the service was friendly and attentive; the waitress even brought Madame a blanket when it started to get a little chilly. We highly recommend it and will definitely return on our next trip to the island.
