A real Mauritian restaurant with dishes that are simply delicious. My children loved it and so did I. A true Mauritius island restaurant - the food is just tasty and great. My children loved it, me too!

Wonderful experience, once again, at Filaos… scents of Mauritius and atmosphere already tinged with the spray of the lagoon of Trou aux biches… looking forward to next time!!

We wanted a Creole lunch, so we went to the restaurant “Les Filaos”. There, we find good and excellent Mauritian and Reunionese cuisine. The cod accras are delicious, not forgetting the stuffed crab. Lamb rougails or curry dishes are not to be outdone. The menu is tempting and well stocked. The room is beautifully decorated in Christmas colors. The welcome is cordial and warm. A consistent and attentive service completes everything wonderfully.

We paid an exorbitant price for the dishes offered. All this with an express service which did not allow us to enjoy our meal. We are very disappointed with this experience.

27/03/2024: The staff is borderline unpleasant and the service is less than efficient. When dividing the bill the waiter rounded up all the slices, not very correct. Fortunately the food is very good and in large quantities.
23/03/2024: We went there to celebrate a birthday. The servers are friendly and the room is well decorated. The portions are generous with a price in the high range. Could they reduce the quantities and lower the price? In any case, good experience. And a little extra, he accepts that we bring a cake (at no additional cost) if you have an event to celebrate.
