Nothing more, nothing less. Simple concept and cuisine in the spirit of our vintage years. Perhaps worth revisiting!

A top-notch establishment. The decor, the friendliness of the waiter, the food. An address to remember for a trip down memory lane...

The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the little games on the placemats add a nice touch. However, the meals are really not worth the price; they're neither very tasty nor substantial—things you could easily make at home. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.

Given the quality of the food, the atmosphere and music are quite good. It’s still worth visiting for the music and atmosphere.

The restaurant has a pleasant decor and friendly service. However, I was disappointed by the quality and quantity of the food. The vegetarian croque monsieur was made with low-quality ingredients and was very sparsely filled. The same goes for the meat; I'm convinced the weight was lower than what was listed on the menu. The dessert was good. The food didn't seem homemade at all. Really disappointed with the value for money.

The informal address and tone of the messages seemed a bit too familiar and unnecessary. Perhaps it's a generational thing 😉 We had a good time in a fun setting. The food was simple but good.

Le Brin de zinc

23/10/2026: Great evening! Impeccable service and a very good meal. The still water is also filtered and therefore tastes good. I recommend it.
22/10/2026: A very good experience; the calf's head was excellent and plentiful. The decor evokes memories. The only slight drawback is the close proximity of the tables and the constant noise.

04/10/2026: Great place! Nice selection, excellent presentation of the dishes, perfect value for money. I highly recommend it.
01/10/2026: A fantastic find! We had a truly excellent meal; the meat was top quality, the portions were generous and beautifully presented. The wine list is also excellent, offering plenty of options to choose from. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, a real pleasure to be there. Special mention to Laurenne and Isabelle, two outstanding waitresses: smiling, professional, attentive, and genuinely delightful throughout the meal. Thanks to Florian, the bartender. And a big thank you as well to Gabin, the manager, for his warm welcome and kindness. A great place to eat in Orléans; we'll definitely be back!
