Yesterday I ate Flammenkeuche Irlandaise. Very tasty. Today I took advantage of Happy Hour. From 4 pm to 7 pm you can get a half-liter of beer of your choice for €4 and a Flammenkeuche Classique for the same price.

After a long week at work, my family and I decided to go to Les Trois Brasseurs in Noyelles-Godault, 25 minutes from home, and we don't regret it at all. The warm welcome from the staff really made all the difference, especially Gaël, our server, who was incredibly kind and attentive to the children. A truly perfect experience, thank you to them!

Bistro-bar atmosphere
It's a shame there's no alternative to a salad or a flammekueche (rabbit and mustard) if the daily special is unavailable.
The beers are delicious and full of flavor.
The waitress was very pleasant.

Going on a Saturday night without a reservation was risky, but we got a table at 7 pm. The service was excellent; the waiter was pleasant, smiling, and patient.
The dishes were generous and delicious (the poutine, the Brussels waffle). However, the mussels with Maroilles cheese were lacking in Maroilles, with just a little on top. There was a lot of liquid at the bottom, but no Maroilles. A shame.
The desserts were decent, even if they aren't their specialty. We had a good meal, and the price was reasonable (quality, quantity, price). Main courses, drinks, and three desserts for four people, including one children's menu, came to €75-80.
