Les Flambées Tradition sur Oberhausbergen

The welcome was fine. Smells of fresh wood smoke. However, a 0.5 San Pellegrino with a drop of syrup was charged at seven. "I don't set the prices," said the waiter. "Probably the neighbor."

Wonderful place, I recommend it.

We were served completely burnt and dried-out meat (entrecôte and beef skewers) and reheated vegetables. We've never eaten so badly, and that for €90!

The welcome, service, and quality of the meal were excellent! Congratulations on the respect shown to customers! From the appetizer to the dessert, including the delicious fruit juices, it was perfect.

The side vegetables (carrots and even potatoes) were undercooked. The meats were peppered without being warned (if you don't like it, it's not ideal...). We were asked to choose a dessert (twice) without being told that some were out of stock. A waitress in Adidas gear looked more like she'd just come from the gym than the kitchen. The restaurant manager redeemed the whole experience. Overall, it was acceptable but could have been much better with a few adjustments or a bit more attention to detail.

It was easy to get there since we were staying at the hotel where the restaurant is located, but we should have taken the car and gone further! The wait was very long, the staff were rather unpleasant, and the food was really not exceptional and very peppery, even though we enjoy spices. The meal was so long that we didn't order dessert and went to the counter to pay our bill, where we were greeted by a rather unfriendly gentleman who even made some comments about our payment method. A less than satisfactory experience for a rather high price.
