I just got back from the Fondues de la Dorades restaurant. The servers were absolutely lovely and incredibly professional!! The food was amazing, thank you so much for this wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a friendly get-together 😁

An incredibly cute and welcoming place, a kind and generous service team, smiles, a friendly word, an atmosphere just the way we like it: warm and lively, delicious fondues, and appetizing and generous portions... I highly recommend it!

Simple but friendly atmosphere and service. We tried the meat skewers and they were excellent. The Aligout d'Aubrac was also excellent! A children's menu is available.

Pleasant setting, generous and delicious meal, fair price considering the quality and quantity. A huge shout-out to the waitress who served us this evening, August 4th. Warm, smiling, quick-witted, and honest. In short, a waitress like that makes dining out even more enjoyable.

All-you-can-eat raclette. A casual restaurant with seating both inside and outside on the street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food and excellent raclette. If you want to eat it, seating is only available inside.

Highly recommended for raclette or fondue. We ordered the raclette and couldn't finish the accompaniments they served. The cheese was very tasty and delicious. Recommended and not too expensive (€23 per person).

28/09/2026: I had lunch at La Cendrée last Saturday. They offer a daily set menu with a good selection and a well-stocked à la carte menu, specializing in meats grilled over an open fire (right before your eyes, in a magnificent period fireplace). The prices for both the set menu and the à la carte menu are very reasonable. The starters and desserts adhere to the original recipes, the ingredients are excellent, and the dishes often have a subtle personal touch that adds a little something extra. The meat was simply delicious. The half-duck breast cooked over embers was my best restaurant experience in a long time, far superior to some so-called gourmet establishments. The cooking was perfect, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff is available, attentive, and welcoming. The place is quite picturesque, with an old-world charm and a modern touch that elegantly complements it. Overall, the atmosphere is rather calm, cozy, and authentic.
