We came for lunch, and the service was super fast and the waiter very pleasant. We ate fresh produce and homemade dishes, so it was perfect for a hot May day.

We really enjoyed the dish: Toulouse sausages and aligot, a small carrot and mint relish, and a mustard sauce. A simple but well-prepared and generous portion. The service was excellent! The waiter was efficient and attentive, giving us great information about the city, including a visit to the botanical garden, which we highly recommend. DON'T HESITATE.

On our trip to Toulouse, four of us went to Les Fondues de la Daurade, and the experience was excellent. We ordered a raclette and a fondue for two, and the combination was perfect for sharing. The fondue was spectacular, very creamy and full of flavor. It's also served with cured meats and potatoes, making it a very complete and well-balanced meal. The raclette was also very good, with quality ingredients and a beautiful presentation. The waiters were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is quite efficient. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place if you love cheese and want to enjoy a different kind of meal with a group.

We've already been twice in the space of a month, and we were very warmly welcomed with our stroller. (And thank you for keeping our footmuff!!) The appetizers we tried were very good, and the raclette was particularly delicious. A lovely, flavorful cheese with nice accompaniments, and above all, very friendly service! We plan to come back once a month for our ritual raclette, and even though we were here recently, we're already looking forward to returning.

31/03/2026: The staff is rude, arrogant, and unpleasant. I was blogging about this restaurant, featuring the cassoulet dish in Occitania in Toulouse. Google told me the cassoulet was delicious. But that's not true. When I asked what the dish was and what was inside, the waiter said nothing. He didn't know what kind of meat was inside and simply shrugged. The dish itself was incredibly greasy, with everything swimming in oil. The restaurant is beautiful, a very atmospheric place, perhaps for the French, but not for tourists in the city.
