Les Fontaines sur Honfleur

Everything was perfect. From the welcome: attentive, discreet, and pleasant. The cuisine: The chef delicately and precisely guides us through his world and his local produce, where the ingredients are enhanced and respected to offer us their very essence and delight our palates. A true masterpiece for our enjoyment... Thank you so much! To the venue and the ambiance: simple, discreet, tastefully decorated, with a delicate background soundtrack.

The welcome was rather frosty, the food was decent for a Michelin-recommended establishment, but it's far from a star. The waitress wasn't very pleasant, probably tired. Personally, we won't be going back. The price isn't justified. 🤷‍♀️

Overall, the restaurant is good but very overpriced. Almost €300 for five dishes that, while tasty, are small and unremarkable. They could have adapted everything to be gluten-free.

A wonderful evening at Restaurant L’Atre in Honfleur. The restaurant impresses with its creative cuisine, beautiful ambiance, and exceptionally attentive yet unobtrusive service. We highly recommend it for a special evening!

An exceptional sensory journey; each dish is a technical and creative discovery

Pleasant experience, vegetarian request granted (initially vegan request). The waitress was friendly, the waiter a little less so, but it was okay (we think he didn't appreciate having to wait for us to order and ask to change tables). Regarding the atmosphere, the tables are close together, as if we were in Paris, which is a shame. Luckily, the other customers weren't very loud, haha, thanks to them. Pleasant background music for the evening. As for the food, it was good, but just good; we didn't find anything exceptional, and it lacked flavor in three of the six courses. They served brand-name bottled water, so keep in mind that you're paying quite a bit for water. The cocktails were good, and we left feeling satisfied with our meal.

The service was impeccable and friendly. The menu was delicious. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
