Les Fontaines sur Honfleur

A brasserie by day and a restaurant by night. The very pleasant surprise was that the evening dishes were designed to be served at lunchtime. This saved me from having to come twice! Honestly, there was a tremendous amount of thought put into combining textures and flavors. It reminded me of a former two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Toulouse. Eating the elements separately isn't impressive, but eating them all together is an explosion of flavors in your mouth. Impeccable service. A lovely little terrace. A truly convivial experience that made us lose track of time and even miss our appointment. It's an understatement to say we were in a suspended moment of bliss. Bravo! I will gladly return to this place if I'm ever in the area again!

An address we wholeheartedly recommend. We opted for the five-course tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. The sole was superb, and the flavor combinations were both original and perfectly balanced. The setting perfectly complements the cuisine: calm and refined, just steps from the quays. A warm welcome and attentive service throughout the meal. A truly excellent restaurant in Honfleur, where we will gladly return.

An invitation to travel from our restaurateur, who delivered on almost all her promises. The appetizers and savory dishes were very well thought out, with a promising presentation, bold flavors, and incredible combinations. The journey was perfect. Until the arrival of the desserts, which left us feeling a bit underwhelmed. Too simple and not as elaborate as the main courses. You need to make a real effort with your pastries and sweets. A pastry chef should join your team. However, I'm giving it 5 stars because your quality and expertise shouldn't be penalized. A little shout-out to Charly, our UFO server 😉 Keep up the good work and perfect the end of the journey. Congratulations again on this adventure. We'll be back.

Everything was perfect!! From the welcome to the service, not to mention the dishes, which were both surprising in taste and quantity! A truly wonderful experience. A special mention for the Pont L'évêque served with apple, pear, celery, and its Norman "cloud" – absolutely divine. Go for it!!
