We ate very well and were very well received at the beginning... until "certain" looks that pigeonholed us (perhaps because of our outfit (hoodie))... We felt uncomfortable... In short, we are customers like any other, we eat and we pay!

A real treat at the Forges de Paimpont!
I ordered the €32 menu, and frankly, everything was perfect. The homemade terrine is excellent, and the best part: you can have as much as you want! Next, a perfectly cooked duck breast, accompanied by baby potatoes and tender carrots, a truly delicious and generous dish. To finish, a French toast-style brioche with salted butter caramel... simply divine.
I'm a big eater, yet this menu more than satisfied me. Quality, quantity, and excellent value for money. I definitely recommend it if you're passing through Paimpont!

A very pleasant experience, from booking to leaving the restaurant. The welcome is warm, the service pleasant, the meal delicious, and the owner very down-to-earth and kind. It makes you want to come back to a relaxing setting.
