The Forges de Paimpont restaurant is our favorite place in the area. The hunting lodge atmosphere, the fireplace, the idyllic setting by the lake makes us spend a timeless moment every time. The cuisine is delicious, and the wine list is very extensive. The service team is wonderful, a family affair that makes us feel at home. We highly recommend this address.

Accueil très sympathique, échange très agréable et rapport qualité prix très correct. Plats copieux et goûteux. Personnel très agréable et convivial. Étape recommandée sans problème, réservation préférable.

Repas en famille, table de 6 personnes.
Apéritif, plats, desserts et vins.
Globalement bon, petit moins sur la quantité du boeuf. Carte pas a jour, plusieurs souhaits n’ont pas pu être servis (coté plats nous comprenons car cela dépendait de la pêche, mais coté dessert….) Idem pour le vin.
Point + pour le cerf servis en quantité avec une sauce très appréciable.
Les desserts étaient très bons.
L’attente a été longue entre le plat et le dessert.
Conclusion: bon restau.
