Very nice pastries and good bread, the place is very well located and accessible.

Just passing through after a long hike. We ordered the €10.40 lunch special to go; otherwise, it's €10.50 to eat in. The sandwich on Swedish bread was good. We also ordered a salmon poke bowl. It wasn't bad per se, but the rice was very dry in places, and the avocado was black from oxidation. It didn't affect the taste, but presentation is very important. The prices weren't displayed correctly, so we had to use our brains to figure out the price of an item. Furthermore, the second waitress noticed this and pointed it out to the young woman, but she didn't react. I think this isn't her dream job! Overall, it's expensive for a set menu in my opinion. A bit more of a smile wouldn't hurt. As for the location, I find it rather hidden in the area.

I was here as a German bus driver and, unfortunately, I have to say that I felt I was treated accordingly. When I simply asked if anyone spoke English, I was more or less ignored and simply given a curt "No." Especially as a tourist or bus driver from out of town, I would have expected significantly more friendliness and at least an attempt at communication. Of course, not everyone speaks English – that's not the point. However, the way the question was handled left a rather unpleasant impression on me and seemed almost racist or exclusionary. I find that truly regrettable. The food itself was quite good, and there's little to criticize there. The hot chocolate, however, was an outrage: it tasted essentially like powder simply dissolved in hot water. I don't need that kind of hot chocolate in a bakery. Overall, therefore, unfortunately not a very good experience – especially because of the way the customers were treated.

The seats and tables aren't cleaned regularly. Plus, wasps are devouring all the sugary treats in the display case. Shameful. The staff are very friendly and respectful.
