I ordered a layer cake for my daughter's 1st birthday. The cake was magnificent and perfectly met my expectations, it was perfectly in keeping with the theme of our decoration 😁 He was as handsome as he was good. Also very surprised by the price, really inexpensive for such good quality cakes! I also ordered a bento cake for my birthday, it was magnificent and very good, I recommend the lemon flavor which is neither too sweet nor too sour, just perfect! Many thanks to you!! ❤️ I will not hesitate to order again 🥰

What a delight!!! A delicious snack break. The Paris Brest and Pear Caramel choux were incredible. The pastries are well balanced, each bite is tasty and light. Thank you very much, see you soon! (I didn't have time to take a photo, but the visual was just as great)

I made a great discovery today, a lovely pastry shop that also offers vegan alternatives!! I had a chocolate hazelnut and praline cream fondant and it was delicious 😋. The welcome is charming, thank you 😊

The pastries are excellent but the waitress is unable to tell us what is in the cakes, the table is not cleaned, the floor is dirty, there is nothing to wipe your hands in the toilets. This is our second visit and we are disappointed because the place does not live up to the refinement on the plate.

I had the opportunity to taste the wonderful dark chocolate today. I found it really very good. The meringue is still soft, not too dry or brittle. The cream is well dosed. The chocolate used is of quality. There is a balance of tastes and textures. I recommend.

An excellent fine pastry shop, where you will find quality products made with passion. The ingredients are organic, with plant-based and vegan options. I ordered a black forest revisited with seasonal fruits. A delight and the guests also appreciated it.

09/09/2024: Getaway to Amiens, great welcome from Christophe the boss and very good dishes.
08/09/2024: Visited Le Quai on our first night in Amiens after driving in from Cologne. We were greeted warmly but quickly brought upstairs to a corner table in the very back of the restaurant - when there were other available tables closer to more desirable areas. If this was due to reservations or not I’m not sure, but it was as far away from the servers as seemingly possible. Food was great, but we had originally asked for a bottle of water and never received it despite asking three separate times for it. Our server didn’t even bother to check on us throughout the entire meal unless we asked him over, one time to which he responded by waving his hand and muttering something under his breath. Can’t say I would recommend the restaurant to other tourists visiting from abroad as the service was the worst we’ve received in our two weeks of travelling so far. Maybe as Canadians we’re just used to better and warmer service..
