An absolutely perfect stay! This hotel is ideally located right in the heart of the village, allowing you to explore everything on foot and fully immerse yourself in the local atmosphere. The location is truly exceptional. But what makes the experience even more memorable is the incredible kindness of the staff: always smiling, attentive, and ready to help ensure everything runs smoothly. You feel like a VIP. I highly recommend it—I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The location is also ideal: close to amenities and easily accessible. I highly recommend this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to return on my next trip!

Great experience at this cottage, the owner was very accommodating and friendly! The meal was really good, with some nice surprises like the delicious homemade pastries. A very restful night after a long day of walking. Thank you!!

A short break at Sylvie's during my GR70, after 4 days in the rain with my tent. Hot shower, hot meal served in generous quantities, one of the best chestnut fondants of my life, a delicious and necessary moment to recharge my batteries before continuing. Perfect location, comfortable bed, reasonable price, I recommend without hesitation

We spent a memorable evening in this charming hotel in its original state. Sylvie and her mother are very kind and the meal is delicious and very generous, not to mention the varied breakfast with homemade jams and brioches. The value for money is unbeatable! Warm and authentic encounters take place at random in the accommodations on the Stevenson trail and we spent a wonderful evening of laughter, exchanges and warmth with the other hikers. Special mention to the Tour family and its "princesses" :). Sylvie and her mother know how to put you at ease and are generous if you are at all receptive and empathetic. You will find no frills or luxurious rooms here but sharing and conviviality in all simplicity. Personally, the Nîmes resident that I am was touched. Good luck for the future and who knows maybe see you soon. :)

A stopover this September 18, 2025, at Les Genêts, and as usual, nothing changes, fellow hikers. From the food to the rooms, everything is there: simplicity, warmth, advice, and a great price. Thank you for this wonderful respite on the Stevenson Trail... Highly recommended!

We stopped for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by this excellent little restaurant. Very good food, everything homemade, very affordable prices, and very generous portions. The manager (who served us) was very pleasant! We'll be back with great pleasure.
