Restaurant that I recommend. The staff and owners are very kind and smiling. The plates are plentiful and only fresh products are used. Keep your chef. We ate there twice in a week. We will come back next year.

Restaurant that I recommend, Linda and Michel the owners are adorable. The attentive staff and always a smile. The friendly and always smiling chef. Quality dishes and quite generous. In short, an address to keep and use.

Disappointed with our dining experience. The reviews are very complimentary for a restaurant whose value for money is mediocre...surprising. Rather good dishes but simple and really not very filling for a medium/high price, noisy room (many half-board customers) and "in its own juice" which would not be a problem if the plates made us forget these little inconveniences. ..

When kindness combines with living well and simplicity. The Allos valley is endearing, the welcome at Les Gentianes is friendly, you feel good there from the first moment. A big thank you to the owners who distill this atmosphere. A special thank you to Justine who takes care of you for the meals. She will help you in your choices and then offer you a simply very pleasant service. Finally, friends, bikers, hikers, cyclists, contemplatives... the playground is simply incredible. You understood.... we're very good there :-)

Une nouvelle cheffe en cuisine, qui maintient cet excellent restaurant à son très bon niveau. Cuisine traditionnelle et ingrédients de qualité, accueil chaleureux et service impeccable, tout y est pour passer un agréable moment. Nous reviendrons !
