Good French cuisine which favors local products and short circuits. But that's not all. Let yourself be tempted by the ephemeral aperitif, an always different preparation, a feast for the palate, an introduction to what follows. The dishes are inventive, we feel that the cook loves his job, that he makes it a passion, that he shares it. This year, I really appreciated the new wine list. A map? No, a book, with a word from the producer, one or more photos. We take real pleasure in leafing through it. I chose a red, Blood of Volcanoes, superb.... The cheeses offered are numerous, the portions served generous.

I recommend 100%, a very warm welcome, refined and local cuisine, well-chosen wines and an excellent homemade lemonade to accompany the dessert.. perfect 👍

Le restaurant qui s’appelle l’Hydropathe et tout Belmont extraordinaire, digne nos trois étoiles au niveau de l’assiette, vaut largement le détour si vous passez dans la région. À hauteur des trois étoiles que j’ai pu essayer dans la région de Lyon et à Paris Me ratez pas cet endroit

Je connais ce resto pour y avoir mangé plusieurs fois le soir. A l occasion de mon départ en retraite j y ai invité mes collègues à midi. Le concombre avec le fromage de chèvre mérite une mention spéciale, tous les produits son locaux. Cuisine soignée et originale. A une prochaine fois !!
