Les Glycines is reborn with new energy thanks to its young, passionate, and talented chef. From the very first moment, you can sense the desire to offer sincere, refined cuisine rooted in the seasons. The plates are elegant, the flavors perfectly balanced, and each dish tells a story.
The service is attentive without being stuffy, and the atmosphere of the place—both peaceful and friendly—makes you want to linger. Special mention goes to the care taken with local products and the food and wine pairings, which are both precise and inspired.
