The restaurant "Les Goélands" was a very pleasant surprise for us this Sunday. It must be said that the owner, Philippe, his son in the kitchen, and his partner Nadine in the dining room, along with other servers, make up a very welcoming team. Philippe is a lover of the sea and fish, especially since they come from "his" nearby Mediterranean Sea and he sources them from the magnificent covered market in Sète. That being said, we are certain that his fish dishes are authentic. Of course, all this comes at a price. We absolutely wanted to eat a real Sète-style bouillabaisse. €45 per person, admittedly, but we had the feeling of eating a delicious dish, very well prepared, and above all, one whose origin is beyond question. Thank you to the entire team at Les Goélands. We will spread the word and will be back.

Excellent meal, we enjoy it every time, not to mention the impeccable, pleasant and friendly service!

We also had a bouillabaisse, which was excellent. Beautiful fish fillets, perfectly seasoned, and accompanied by a white wine suggested by the house. There was a bit of a wait, of course, but it's worth expecting; the owner comes to chat with you, and you have a pleasant time. We finished with nougat glacé. See you soon.

Bilei, Buyaolai. The owner is really good at cooking 🐮🍺, claiming 40 years of catering experience, 👍 and the ingredients are all local wild and fresh daily. However, the fish soup 🥚 had no flavor, and one of the grilled fish was (rotten) 🙂. The service was okay 👑, not worth criticizing.
