An exceptional discovery! Lunch today with outstanding service and a warm welcome, full of friendliness and conviviality. For lunch: exquisite gratinated oysters—my friend and I had never eaten them before, and they were exquisite! Main course: seared tuna with a side of vegetables: everything was perfectly seasoned and expertly prepared! Bravo, everything is top-notch at Le Goéland!

Everything was perfect!! An exceptional welcome, passionate about authentic French cuisine, local produce, an artistry in flavors, and a magnificent setting. My wife and I enjoyed the best bouillabaisse imaginable in a convivial atmosphere. We can't wait to go back!!!

A restaurant just the way we like it! Delicious, local cuisine, thoughtfully prepared and perfectly explained. But above all, a human touch. A friendly, bistro atmosphere where we feel like regulars from the moment we arrive. A must-visit to experience the warm welcome of Sète. And it's even better for families, as children are just as well looked after as their parents. We highly recommend this place.

We chose Les Goélands somewhat randomly, after being approached by several restaurants in the port. It was ultimately the swordfish burger that caught our eye. Unfortunately, they were out of it that evening, but the very friendly waiter offered us an alternative with another type of fish. We were there on August 6th for what was intended to be a romantic evening. Unfortunately, some tension within the staff slightly disrupted the atmosphere and spoiled part of our time together. It's a shame, because the waiters and the cook who continued serving were excellent, remaining professional and pleasant despite the circumstances. Fortunately, the food was good, and my burger was delicious! So, we have mixed feelings about the evening, but we sincerely hope that future services will be more peaceful for the entire team. With quality cuisine and friendly staff, you can have a great time at Les Goélands.
