Décoration inexistente, du bois brut et des traces sales abondantes sur tous les radiateurs visibles.
Super expérience sur la qualité des plats (en quantité assez symbolique) contrairement au prix excessif dépensé et un service aléatoire d'amabilité pour un restaurant qui se dit gastronomique. Gros bémol: menu unique en 6 services, qui s'est achevé en 4 (quatre) heures!
L'attente interminable ruine tout saveur et umami des plats. Zéro excuses, le manque du personnel n'explique pas tout. Expérience unique à ne pas renouveler de sitôt.

The gourmet restaurant only.
Non-existent decoration, raw wood and abundant dirty marks on all visible radiators.
Great experience on the quality of the dishes (in fairly symbolic quantity) unlike the excessive price spent and random friendly service for a restaurant that calls itself gastronomic. Big downside: unique 6-course menu, which was completed in 4 (four) hours!
The endless wait ruins all the flavor and umami of the dishes. Zero excuses, the lack of staff does not explain everything. A unique experience not to be repeated anytime soon.

Very good, original and successful flavor combinations. Very beautiful presentations, a pleasure for the eyes. The 1st star seems completely accessible to us if a butter knife and bread plate are brought with the bread and if a knife change is made at some point.
My husband appreciated the wine pairing offered at €30. On the other hand, €9 for a 75cl bottle of water is expensive... Why Swiss water? No other choice being offered.
The service was professional and friendly which is always very appreciated. Overall a delicious dinner

We had the 6-course menu, consisting of 2 starters, fish, meat and 2 desserts. Everything was perfect, a magnificent discovery both visually and in taste! We were made very welcome by the staff. To discover with your eyes closed!

Completely unexpected experience!! We didn’t know this restaurant had changed ownership so were expecting the previous menu, we were a bit surprised to learn that there was only the 85€ tasting menu on offer but we decided to give it a go and it was a fabulous gastronomic delight. The service was also excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. This was what I would expect in a Michelin starred restaurant in Padstow or London 😀

We had an excellent Christmas at the Auberge des Gorges. I recommend the food and wine pairing menu for these end-of-year celebrations. Choice products for a perfectly prepared menu. Very nice selection of wines. The team is young and very welcoming. A great address to discover or rediscover!

July 2024. Tasting menu on a Saturday evening. Simply perfect, pairings of flavors in the 6 dishes, dressing, presentation, services; with a cheese platter to die for.
Dec 2022. It's worth the detour. Perfect Christmas meal, full of subtlety.

A wonderful spot for lunch. Superb food, beautifully served in a gorgeous location. We had a wonderful time. Only small piece of advice would be to offer a better non-alcoholic drinks choice please.
