What a wonderful discovery this "inn" was! Its seven-course menu transported us to India, with subtle flavors, delicate aromas, and high-quality, seasonal dishes (scallops, sweetbreads) featuring winter vegetables. Everything was homemade, and our palates were delighted. We opted for the wine pairing, which also offered surprising discoveries in perfect harmony with the beautiful cuisine created by the chef, a self-taught individual passionate about his craft. Who would have guessed that such a gem lay hidden behind this Savoyard inn? We will certainly return, as we live less than 20 minutes away. The service was efficient and professional. Thank you for this lovely and delicious evening.

An excellent evening of sensory experience. Each dish, prepared with finesse and meticulously presented, delivered a true explosion of flavors. A passionate and talented chef, supported by an attentive and discreet staff. Thank you so much for this wonderful culinary journey.
However, I would have appreciated speaking with reception by phone before our arrival. Our reservation was made entirely online; I would have preferred a more personal touch.

One of our favorites in the region: creativity, complex flavors, perfectly cooked and seasoned dishes, quality wines, a warm welcome, and professional service.
A unique 5- or 7-course menu that transports you through a cuisine blending French ingredients and spices (India was at the heart of yesterday's culinary journey).
Thank you to Hugo Lemercier and his team for this moment of shared pleasure.
We've already been three times: our next visit will be soon.
Magnificent... both the food and the view of the surrounding mountains.

Absolutely exceptional cuisine, easily on par with a Michelin star.
Bold, refined, and indulgent cuisine, featuring beautiful ingredients and impeccable presentation. We opted for the nine-course wine pairing tasting menu. The selection was judicious and full of wonderful discoveries. The service was equally impressive. Nothing is left to chance. Everything was perfect… truly!
