An excellent restaurant with impeccable service. The dishes are beautifully presented and offer perfectly balanced and refined flavors. A special mention for the cheese platter. Well done !

An excellent time at the Auberge des Gorges (Restaurant). Superb, perfectly crafted plates, accompanied by very pleasant service! We enjoyed discovering the flavors associated with the wines, a pleasure to let ourselves be carried away. The only downside to this experience is that, according to the prices indicated on the site, I was a little surprised by the amount when paying... Still a significant increase, compared to the August card, the bet Updating prices would avoid experiencing this kind of inconvenience.

The village is friendly, authentic, and has quite a few amenities. The restaurant is well located. The welcome is cordial, the service attentive, the advice brilliant and the food exquisite. Special mention to the waiter who was attentive to my husband's deafness. Toutt was perfect. View of the mountain range.

Delicious in a word :) we were almost alone in the restaurant, that's a real shame, because this restaurant deserves to be known, perfect service, the cuisine is original and delicious, the containers are superb.. they really deserve it. a Michelin star... without hesitation!

Pause gastronomique au sommet ! De l’entrée jusqu’au dessert, en passant par le pain , tout ce qui est proposé par le chef et sa brigade fait saliver les papilles ! Produits ultra frais et locaux, on s’est régalés !!

We don't necessarily go there for the rooms which lack finishes and which do not correspond to the restaurant despite good bedding... In terms of gastronomy, it's really high level. Hugo, the chef, deserves to win his first star because there is creativity and passion that emanates from his surprise 6-course menu. It's a surprising taste journey, in very beautiful, varied dishes, reminiscent of the mountains. There are still a few small adjustments to be made (asking if guests have allergies for example) The service was impeccable, the team was very friendly and we were able to chat in a friendly manner with the staff. Yes, the service is long (4 hours) but we take the time to savor each bite...we're not here to stuff ourselves in 5 minutes otherwise we might as well go to McDonald's! Very beautiful and good cellar. He selects the wines himself and is very good advice in choosing bottles The breakfast the next day is plentiful and excellent...everything is fresh and of good quality. I wish you a very good continuation

Completely unexpected experience!! We didn’t know this restaurant had changed ownership so were expecting the previous menu, we were a bit surprised to learn that there was only the 85€ tasting menu on offer but we decided to give it a go and it was a fabulous gastronomic delight. The service was also excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. This was what I would expect in a Michelin starred restaurant in Padstow or London 😀
