Another great tasting experience with an affordable 5-course tasting menu featuring local fish and Indian cuisine... Arctic char, sweetbreads and mushrooms for dessert, among other dishes... all marked by a subtle touch of Indian spices and the wine pairing recommended by the owner was perfect!

A huge thank you to the Chef and the entire Arudha team for this magnificent discovery meal! We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. Everything was delicious, refined, and full of delightful discoveries. And above all, a huge thank you for the mushrooms in your dessert—what a lovely surprise! 😍 They were absolutely delicious and so original. A surprising combination that we loved! A place with quality accommodation. We felt like we were in another world. The staff were kind and very attentive to our well-being. The restaurant was excellent. We embarked on a culinary journey. The chef is passionate about fine cuisine. The price-quality ratio was quite reasonable. The products were of good quality. The chalets are enchanting, as are the decor and gardens. We highly recommend this place. It's a real escape from our daily routine.

A beautiful, intimate place with a fantastic welcome! And what can I say about the restaurant: a true gem, worthy of a Michelin star. I highly recommend it.
