A few negative notes after the death of chef Da Silva, the management took everything in hand and it is indeed a return to the top.
The setting is always sublime, the cuisine refined, the service classy without being stuffy.

This hostelry is well known in the region and its excellent reputation is deserved. Located in the heart of nature in a wooded valley far from the hustle and bustle of the seaside. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The cuisine is refined, gently creative but without snobbery. Attentive and warm service and welcome. A very good time. We will return to sunny days.

A timeless moment for my grandmother's 80th birthday. A warm welcome, carefully decorated rooms with very comfortable bedding.
A wonderful restaurant with faultless service, a captivating and delicious autumn menu, a truly personalized and high-end service.
All the staff are very attentive, smiling and will remember their flawless humor. A big thank you to the whole team as well as the chef. We will be sure to come back as soon as possible.

Bonne quantité, qualité, variété dans les menus, cadre agréable, grand parking. Service un peu bruyant mais Gueguen apaise l’ambiance par sa discrétion et son efficacité.

Nous fréquentons cet établissement depuis quelques années
Nous avons connus l’époque de M.Da Silva.Nous avons eus beaucoup de peine d’apprendre sa disparition et nous sommes certains que de son petit coin de paradis in veille sur son bel établissement
Nous sommes retournés plusieurs fois.et le bonheur est toujours le même
Des plats agréables à déguster ,une recherche permanente du chef permet de trouver toujours autant de plaisir
Le personnel est toujours aussi sympathique et prévenant
Il manque seulement l’esprit du chef et de ses menus demantiels
A fréquenter sans moderation
