Les Grottes de Roffy sur Sainte-Nathalene

We stayed for 1 week in an exclusive mobile home. Positive point: -Clean and spacious mobile home - Quiet and peaceful campsite, ideally located for visiting the region - pleasant and friendly staff - bar area - the swimming pool, ideal for the whole family Negative point: - lack of activities and entertainment (perhaps due to the end of the season?) - pizzas. - washing tokens at €6.50

Beautiful location but service to be reviewed (cleaning, entertainment, reception, etc.)

Disappointing... It's been a week since we arrived, forced to realize that we are disappointed... If the accommodation service is as expected, the campsite services do not keep their promise! No supervised daytime entertainment for the family, not even welcome drinks for new arrivals. The animators improvise as best they can for the children... Despite 3 complaints to reception for malfunctions in the accommodation, no one came by in 1 week... does customer service stop when the balance of the stay is paid?? I'm not even talking about the noise pollution in the evening, which the campsite completely ignores... There is no doubt that next year we will return to other brands that honor the commitments mentioned on the site.

Had a lovely holiday last 2 weeks at this lovely campsite, lovely ladies at reception, luxurious mobile home premium with lots of space and lovely views, beautiful swimming pool with lots of sunbeds (in terms of hygiene it could be cleaner around and in the pool). Super cozy terrace with restaurant. However, the campsite falls short, due to very few staff. Sometimes you have to wait an hour for your drink with your meal. The food is not great and there is little variety, which makes you more likely to find another restaurant. In the afternoon, between 2 o'clock and 7 o'clock in the evening, you can only order a drink on the terrace, but nothing to eat. Such a shame, a good restaurant and bar would be a huge asset to such a nice campsite.

Very good, clean and well maintained

Neat and quiet campsite! Les Grottes de Roffy is a beautiful campsite located in an incredibly beautiful area. The Dordogne river is nearby, as are picturesque towns such as Sarlat, Domme and Beynac. The campsite is quiet and very tidy. The toilet blocks are much cleaner than the average 'French' toilet blocks. The staff are friendly and attentive. The swimming pool is large enough for the campsite and there are always sunbeds available. Not much attention is paid to the type of swimwear (Bermudas are allowed). Bread can be ordered for the next day. The selection in the camping shop is very limited. The food in the restaurant is fine and not expensive. Supermarkets (Lidl, E.Leclerc) are a 10-minute drive away. There isn't a lot of animation, but we didn't mind that. There was music twice a week in the evening (a good band and fun karaoke). It is quiet at the campsite from 11:00 PM. Sometimes there are still some young people hanging around in the playground on the edge of the campsite, but that is not allowed to have a name. Campsite life gets going around 9:30 am. It is wonderfully quiet for that. Our travel group consisted of 2 parents and 3 children (10, 9 and 3). We had a great time and will probably come back again.

Un excellent accueil par le gérant et son équipe Nous nous sommes régalés tant par la qualité du repas que grâce au lieu qui est superbe avec en fond sonore une musique bossanova et le bruit de l eau de la piscine Les tapas sont parfaits et la convivialité de l endroit avec sa salle de jeux pour les ados et son aire de jeux extérieure pour les plus petits font de la magnifique terrasse ombragée une bulle où l’on se sent en vacances même au mois d avril Merci pour ce doux moment
