A perfect evening thanks to Mathieu and Nathalie who welcomed us in the most total simplicity, like at the cabin, and to their great products. Hot oysters with Camembert prepared by the owner: killer. Perfect Mathieu cooking salad. And the icing on the cake, a lovely evening to discuss their daily lives as oyster farmers. Great address. If you want authentic, this is it.

Super fresh products prepared simply with a great service. Cannot think of a better place to go to for straightforward seafood. No fuss, you can go there with your dog. All are welcome: locals, tourists, affluent and those that are not. Great place to finish the day after battling the waves on the cote sauvage.

30/03/2024: Seafood on the banks of the Seudre, a snack and a glass of local white wine, add to that the good humor of the owner and you have a place where life is good
