Catering Services: **Review of our wedding caterer** **Strengths:** * Excellent follow-up and reassuring support throughout the wedding planning process. * High-quality cuisine. We, as well as all our guests, were delighted with the dishes served, which were a hit with everyone. **Areas for improvement:** * The cocktail hour started about an hour late because everything wasn't ready. * As the bride and groom, we didn't have a dedicated tray during the cocktail hour, which prevented us from fully enjoying the appetizers. * Towards the end of the evening, we felt the service was rather rushed to finish quickly.

Delicious food...Refined cuisine. The seating was very comfortable. The staff were always attentive. In short, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

The food was as pleasing to the palate as it was to the eye! Complimentary amuse-bouche. Impeccable presentation. Every dish was a delight. Tender meat, excellent side dishes. The desserts were a treat. The service was always with a smile. The staff was attentive, especially considering my multiple food allergies. They took note and informed me what I could and couldn't choose. This was particularly appreciated, as it's not always the case. I usually have to ask for each course individually. Thank you.
