I can only recommend this restaurant, top-notch service, attentive and our beef fillet was incredible (I'm still drooling just looking at the photo)!

On the way back, we had the set menu for €23. Very good, generous portions, and delicious. The owner was very friendly. A perfect lunch stop. It's worth noting that the à la carte options suggest the quality of the other dishes.

The food is very good, but the establishment isn't very cheap. I regret that the dining room is noisy and spoils the experience.

What can I say about this restaurant? Everything is perfect. The servers are incredibly attentive. The food is very good, semi-gastronomic, and homemade. Excellent value for money. Thank you for this wonderful experience 😊

We stopped by for lunch today. A real treat! Exquisitely prepared dishes, originality, and a very warm welcome. Simply the best! Thank you! Edith and Thierry (former residents of Basse-sur-le-Rupt) 👏👍

We had a wonderful time, the food was excellent, we especially enjoyed the dessert, although the service was a little slow. One small drawback: the meat wasn't of French origin, even though there are excellent farmers very close by.

A Table

11/09/2026: So-so. Our aperitif and main course arrived a minute later. We asked to come back in a bit, which they did, but the result was dry and overcooked. The explanation given was a staff shortage that evening, which we're willing to accept, but we paid the price and it wasn't very good. The only waitress did what she could with a smile, which is the only positive thing we'll remember. First and last time we'll go there.
23/08/2026: We had a delicious meal here; the price-quality ratio was excellent. A nice, beautiful, and concise wine list with something for everyone... the charcuterie board is beautifully presented and generously filled. For the main course, we had the salmon and Bet des Vosges. The salmon was outstanding, served with a delicious sauce and plenty of vegetables. The meat was perfectly grilled, and the grilled chicken really stood out for me. All that grilled meat was so juicy, and the fries were freshly cut and fried, which is definitely a plus. Even the coffee at the end was top-notch. Highly recommended for the whole family, including children, as they have plenty on offer for kids too.
