Everything is delicious at La Marmotte. 😋 Really good food, and if you have a big appetite, order the set menu... Their garbure (cabbage and bean soup) is worth the climb up the mountain pass 😉 Magnificent view from the terrace. Easy access for people with reduced mobility.

A lovely team that feels very close-knit, creating a friendly atmosphere, and truly simple yet delicious dishes! The price was very reasonable for the quality of our meal, with a magnificent view as a bonus. We'll be back!

Homemade and locally sourced food, truly delicious. From the staff serving to those in the kitchen, everyone was very pleasant and smiling. No complaints whatsoever, thank you for this wonderful experience. We will be back.

We came for dinner on Friday, August 21st. The weather was very overcast, so there were very few people there, which was all the better! The welcome was perfect from beginning to end; the dishes were generous and delicious (yum, the garbure and the russe!). The value for money is quite reasonable. Yann and Anais from Tours :)

Superb restaurant at the top of the Col du Soulor with a magnificent view. Excellent local cuisine, a very traditional restaurant with large, carved, solid wood tables. Beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and surrounding mountains. A perfect place for families, friends, or couples. An iconic spot on the Col du Soulor.

Last year we were very disappointed by the food and the attitude of the previous owner. Having learned of the reopening and takeover of the establishment by a hospitality professional, we returned. The owner gave us a warm and friendly welcome, the team was young and dynamic, and the local cuisine was simple yet tasty and generous in portions. Good value for money and, importantly, a magnificent panoramic view of the Gabizos peaks.
