Perfect for a beachside meal. Quality products (homemade, never frozen, including the fries). Cuisine prepared with expertise. Bravo to the kitchen! 👏 Impeccable service (Special shout-out to the temporary waitress ☝️😂👍). I recommend the baby squid as a starter or to share. Go for it without hesitation! 😏 "I'll be back!"

Disappointed by the Piña Colada, which was a Piña Colada in name only; it wasn't good. The Caesar salad: it needs to have Parmesan cheese and the taste of Caesar dressing to truly deserve the name. The baby squid was good and tasty. €77 for 3 courses, 2 cocktails, and an iced tea—beachfront restaurants are getting more and more expensive. No complaints about the service.

**A restaurant I really enjoy** I frequent this restaurant with pleasure and I want to emphasize the owner's kindness, dedication, and the efforts he makes to satisfy his customers. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is delicious, and the welcome is warm. Every experience may be different, but for me, I have always been well received and I gladly recommend this establishment. I wish the owner and his team much success.

We ate at this restaurant for the first time. The view was beautiful, the atmosphere very cozy, and the waitresses were pleasant. The food arrived very quickly, almost at the same time as the cocktails. The dishes were quite simple; we both ordered the chef's burger, which was good but basic: a bun, sauce, a ground beef patty, pulled pork, and no lettuce, tomato, onion, or anything else. However, the fries and the small side salad were excellent.

Right by the sea, a really lovely setting. The burger is excellent, but the mussels... absolutely delicious! Honestly, we had a wonderful meal. A simple, tasty place that makes you want to come back.

In August 2026, the location has lost none of its splendor, nor has it suffered from the change of ownership. Highly sought after by tourists, it's advisable to arrive before 7:30 pm to secure a table, even without a reservation!

23/07/2026: My family had dinner here twice whilst on vacation. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Excellent food, wine, service and location. The staff and owner are fantastic.
26/05/2026: My second visit to Villa de L’Étang Blanc, and the experience was even more memorable than the first. Truly Michelin-starred cuisine that, in my opinion, richly deserves a second star. The setting is both sumptuous and enchanting, nestled in a magnificent park by the pond, the place immediately invites you to disconnect and escape. On the plate, everything is remarkable: fresh, perfectly prepared ingredients, refined dishes where aesthetics enhance the flavor. Each creation is a delight for both the eyes and the palate, a true awakening of the senses. A timeless, exceptional experience, driven by the passion and immense talent of Chef David Sulpice, who conveys genuine emotion through his cuisine. The service is impeccable, highly professional, and never stuffy. Every touch is genuine and natural. Special mention must also go to Magali, his wife, whose elegant and warm presence fully contributed to making this an unforgettable experience. The Michelin-starred menu is well worth its price considering the quality and experience offered. An exceptional establishment that I can't wait to return to.
