We ate at this restaurant for the first time. The view was beautiful, the atmosphere very cozy, and the waitresses were pleasant. The food arrived very quickly, almost at the same time as the cocktails. The dishes were quite simple; we both ordered the chef's burger, which was good but basic: a bun, sauce, a ground beef patty, pulled pork, and no lettuce, tomato, onion, or anything else. However, the fries and the small side salad were excellent.

Right by the sea, a really lovely setting. The burger is excellent, but the mussels... absolutely delicious! Honestly, we had a wonderful meal. A simple, tasty place that makes you want to come back.

In August 2026, the location has lost none of its splendor, nor has it suffered from the change of ownership. Highly sought after by tourists, it's advisable to arrive before 7:30 pm to secure a table, even without a reservation!

The staff was very pleasant, the food was excellent, and the desserts were huge and delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommended. Thank you, it was excellent.

A great restaurant that we discovered quite by chance. The servers are very responsive and friendly. The food is excellent. We had a fantastic evening! 👌

The food was okay, but nothing more. The fish and chips weren't crispy and had no flavor. The mashed potatoes were way too salty. The Caesar salad was uninspired and had far too much garlic in the dressing. The mojito was unfortunately very watery and bland. The service was good, the location great, but the restaurants we've been to in town so far have been much better!

23/07/2026: My family had dinner here twice whilst on vacation. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Excellent food, wine, service and location. The staff and owner are fantastic.
26/05/2026: My second visit to Villa de L’Étang Blanc, and the experience was even more memorable than the first. Truly Michelin-starred cuisine that, in my opinion, richly deserves a second star. The setting is both sumptuous and enchanting, nestled in a magnificent park by the pond, the place immediately invites you to disconnect and escape. On the plate, everything is remarkable: fresh, perfectly prepared ingredients, refined dishes where aesthetics enhance the flavor. Each creation is a delight for both the eyes and the palate, a true awakening of the senses. A timeless, exceptional experience, driven by the passion and immense talent of Chef David Sulpice, who conveys genuine emotion through his cuisine. The service is impeccable, highly professional, and never stuffy. Every touch is genuine and natural. Special mention must also go to Magali, his wife, whose elegant and warm presence fully contributed to making this an unforgettable experience. The Michelin-starred menu is well worth its price considering the quality and experience offered. An exceptional establishment that I can't wait to return to.
