24/05/2026: We were quite disappointed with our experience at Surfing in Seignosse. Since the menu change to focus on Mexican cuisine, we felt the quality had declined. The service was the most disappointing aspect. My cocktail arrived spilled by the waitress, and I had to ask for a napkin myself to clean the table, with no real follow-up. It was also very hot, and we had to ask for water. Overall, the staff seemed unwelcoming and inattentive. It's a shame because the place has potential, but between the service and the new menu, the experience fell short of our expectations.

10/05/2026: I had a wonderful time at Les Roseaux restaurant. The setting is truly magnificent, with a peaceful view overlooking a beautiful pond. The atmosphere is warm and very pleasant. I was delighted with my meal: the dishes were delicious and the service attentive. A truly wonderful place that I happily recommend!

The setting is both sumptuous and enchanting, nestled in a magnificent park by the pond, the place immediately invites you to disconnect and escape. On the plate, everything is remarkable: fresh, perfectly prepared ingredients, refined dishes where aesthetics enhance the flavor. Each creation is a delight for both the eyes and the palate, a true awakening of the senses. A timeless, exceptional experience, driven by the passion and immense talent of Chef David Sulpice, who conveys genuine emotion through his cuisine. The service is impeccable, highly professional, and never stuffy. Every touch is genuine and natural. Special mention must also go to Magali, his wife, whose elegant and warm presence fully contributed to making this an unforgettable experience. The Michelin-starred menu is well worth its price considering the quality and experience offered. An exceptional establishment that I can't wait to return to.
