I love this restaurant if I lived less far away I would go more often, very friendly owner and the same staff.

Restaurant discovered thanks to friends.. Super class everything is fresh, good and homemade.. The staff is friendly without forgetting the boss.. I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend.. Extra.. And I return there very frequently. It is always a great taste pleasure with a choice of dishes that varies with the seasons. We requested the services of Jonathan and his team for a complete service during our wedding weekend (wine reception, wedding meal and brunch the next day). Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about, high quality service and products, professionalism of all the teams, taking care of us throughout the weekend. Listening to all of our requests. Very good place if you are looking for a good restaurant in Aude! The food is delicious, lovely presentation, the service is good even if there are people! The only criticism I could make is the sound of the music is too loud, you can't hear yourself speaking! I highly recommend.

Very good restaurant with excellent value for money. The only “negative” points were the fact that the waitress did not announce in advance that the cocktails and pizzas were not available that evening and waited for our orders to warn us. In addition, the price of desserts and drinks were not displayed in advance on the menu.

Arrivés un 15 août à 8 sans avoir réservé, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et avons trouvé une place très agréable en terrasse. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent (30 € le menu), avec des plats composés de produits de saison et locaux, tous d'une grande qualité. La mozzarella est digne des plus grandes maisons. Le chef maîtrise parfaitement l’art de l’assaisonnement et de la cuisson. Nous avons été invités à choisir un vin directement dans la cave et avons opté pour un Château Faîteau, Cru La Livinière. Par hasard, le vigneron se trouvait au bar et a pris le temps de nous parler de son vin. Une adresse à retenir, nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Ce restaurant valait bien les 30 km de détour.

Aussi bien de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert, tout est très bien. Service rapide, a l'écoute du client ,disponible et souriant
