The chef offers you 2 menus. You indicate the products that you do not like and let them guide you. You will experience an explosion of flavor throughout the meal. Don't be fooled by the size of the dishes because I assure you that at the end of dinner you are no longer hungry. I recommend 100%

We spent three hours cut off from the world, far from the contingencies of daily life. As when facing a masterpiece, cinema or painting, we forget everything, time stops, we are entirely in the present moment. Each dish, each creation punctuating this long menu, combines, to an ever-changing extent, power and subtlety. We accompanied the first part of the menu with a white Santenay, excellent, then, on the advice of the waiter, with a red Sant Armettu Sartene "rosumarinu" (Corsica), a magnificent discovery. Even for those who know the region well, the landscape is enhanced by this room, a sort of covered but boldly open balcony, over its entire height and length. The restaurant enhances the landscape, which in turn enhances the culinary experience. The Rhône, the hill of Parves and Nattages, Rives and Massigneu on the right -- and, beyond the river, the last kilometer of Savoie, the bottom of Jongieux and the vineyards going up to the restaurant. It is less grandiose than the lake seen from Chambotte (for example), but it is more human, more agricultural, more varied, more subtle and therefore perfectly suited to tasting the Morainières menu. It's magnificent. Thank you to the whole team for this unforgettable moment.

A location overlooking a magnificent landscape, a sober and airy room, a magnificent original and local meal served in wood and porcelain dishes that look great!
