A magical experience at this Michelin-starred establishment, where we also took advantage of the weekend to spend the night in the hotel located just a few minutes from the restaurant.
We dined there for a special occasion and appreciated both the warm welcome and the cuisine.
Technically prepared dishes, sublime sauces and jus, local produce expertly showcased, all accompanied by a wine pairing that delighted us.
Breakfast was equally delicious, featuring vanilla flan and homemade braided brioche.
It was perfect, thank you for this wonderful experience.

A delight from start to finish! This restaurant is well worth the trip. We discovered high-quality cuisine focused on local produce. Lake fish take center stage, and each dish is a delightful surprise. Bravo for the skill, the techniques employed, and the refined sauces: we loved everything. The wine pairing perfectly complemented the experience. A must-try!

We visited on October 3, 2025. We have been to Les Morainières many times, for birthdays and also for work over the years. We have witnessed the evolution of this establishment, the Chef's work in achieving two Michelin stars, and the dedication of all the staff.
But this time, for my wife's birthday, we were very disappointed by the meal, particularly the cuisine; there were no surprises in the selection of dishes, nor in the very basic presentation, lacking originality.
We have had better.

We live only 20 minutes away, yet we felt like we'd traveled far, carried away by the finesse and subtlety of each dish. The ingredients are showcased with precision, elegance, and great sensitivity.
