Up on the hill, amidst the vineyards and overlooking the winding arms of the Rhône as it meanders through the valley, you can experience a truly magical gastronomic moment! Everything is beautiful and delicious, not to mention exquisitely refined! A suspended moment that owes as much to the kitchens (kudos to the chef!) as to the exceptionally attentive staff.

A truly amazing culinary experience. I never imagined there could be so much attention paid to almost every sense in each bite: textures, temperatures, tastes, visuals—everything is incredibly well thought out to create a multitude of emotions. The staff is also fantastic, able to adapt to all types of customers and very attentive while remaining discreet. I dream of going back!

A very beautiful table in the middle of the vineyard of the charming village of Jongieux! Perfect wine and menu pairing! Don't hesitate to make the trip!!!

Panoramic dining room. Magnificent view of the vineyards and mountains. Extensive wine list, reasonable prices. We ordered a Bellet Vino di Gio 2017 Clos St. Vincent. Set menu and slow service at first (this often goes hand in hand when the menu is the same for the entire room). Excellent oven-roasted tomato tartare. A variation on crayfish with a creamy mandarin sauce was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked whitefish, tender, with a lemony beurre blanc sauce, perfectly balanced and refined. A dish of sliced ​​button mushrooms, chanterelle ragout. Accompanied by a mushroom jus: a tribute to Laurent Petit (or is it the other way around?). Sweetbreads in a creamy sauce, crispy underneath, soft on top. Special attention was paid to the sauces, always delicious. Sweet tarragon sorbet, very refreshing. Wild blueberry cookie, less convincing.
