An unforgettable gourmet experience: from the moment you enter the dining room, you're dazzled by the sights, followed by a feast for all the senses. With the Experience menu, it's simply perfect; the food and wine pairing is exceptionally generous. The service is discreet and makes you feel completely at ease. A truly delightful experience, which can be continued at the restaurant's guesthouse (the added bonus is a chauffeur service). Thank you for this wonderful moment.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt expected. A light snack was served on our terrace overlooking the pool. The hotel shuttle took us to the restaurant that evening. We spent an unforgettable evening in a wonderful setting with service that perfectly complemented the chef's creations. A truly unique culinary experience, rich in minerals, offering a delightful surprise and an explosion of flavors. Afterwards, the same shuttle brought us back to the hotel where we were able to chat with the other guests around the pool about the exceptional meal and the experience we had just enjoyed. We will definitely return to repeat this exceptional culinary discovery. A huge thank you to the chef and all the staff.

The food is simply remarkable: exceptional ingredients, exquisitely refined cuisine, perfectly executed cooking techniques, and flavor combinations that are as elegant as they are surprising. The setting is also magnificent, with a panoramic dining room offering an unforgettable view of the valley. The service is what you would expect from a fine establishment: professional, attentive, and warm. And a special mention for Florence, who manages the guesthouse with great kindness and professionalism. A superb housekeeper, always attentive to every detail, who greatly contributes to making the stay even more enjoyable. A true gastronomic and human escape in a magnificent setting. We loved this experience and will gladly return!

We were fortunate enough to experience this as a family at Les Morainières, something we had been looking forward to for several months, and it was truly enchanting. The setting is absolutely exceptional, but the experience goes far beyond gastronomy: everything is designed to awaken the senses and create a genuine moment of discovery. Each dish is a surprise, with refined and perfectly executed flavor combinations. Our 8-year-old thoroughly enjoyed the meal, discovering new flavors and experiencing the meal with great pleasure. This is quite rare and deserves to be highlighted! The staff is incredibly elegant, professional, attentive, and warm. We also greatly appreciated the wine pairings, which perfectly complemented the experience. And a particularly welcome point: we left the table completely satisfied, which is unfortunately not always the case in fine dining restaurants. The €220 Discovery Menu is, in our opinion, entirely justified given the quality of the ingredients, the culinary expertise, the service, and the overall experience. A truly wonderful restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend for a memorable lunch or dinner. Thank you to the entire team at Les Morainières for this marvelous family meal!

The meal was executed flawlessly, from the flow of the dish and the techniques employed to the interplay of textures, the precise quantities, and the perfect balance of cooking times and seasonings. Even in restaurants boasting three Michelin stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️, disappointments can occur, but Les Morainières offered me a melody without a single false note.
