Delicious lunch, sensational view. Exquisite dishes, meticulously prepared and impeccable. Minor drawbacks: the cardoons were overcooked and therefore tasteless, the service wasn't very warm, and the chef didn't come to our table to discuss it. The waiter simply said, "I'll make a note of it."

A sublime discovery. A feast for the eyes and the palate. It was a pleasure to discover the chef's cuisine in such a setting. Not a single flaw from beginning to end, from the welcome to the service, the wine recommendations, the food, and of course the desserts—everything was perfect.

A magical experience at this Michelin-starred establishment, where we also took advantage of the weekend to spend the night in the hotel located just a few minutes from the restaurant.
We dined there for a special occasion and appreciated both the warm welcome and the cuisine.
Technically prepared dishes, sublime sauces and jus, local produce expertly showcased, all accompanied by a wine pairing that delighted us.
Breakfast was equally delicious, featuring vanilla flan and homemade braided brioche.

A delight from start to finish! This restaurant is well worth the trip. We discovered high-quality cuisine focused on local produce. Lake fish take center stage, and each dish is a delightful surprise. Bravo for the skill, the techniques employed, and the refined sauces: we loved everything.
