A fantastic weekend!
Starting with a visit to Maison des Morainières... a truly wonderful welcome!
Followed by a delightful meal at Table 1625, a delightful experience with a delicious menu!
And to top it all off... the gastronomic experience... what can I say... I'm speechless... except a huge thank you!

Upon arrival, you're immediately captivated by the charm of this small stone house, nestled among the vineyards overlooking the valley.
Stepping into the dining room beneath this charming building, the view, the open bay windows, the warm welcome, and the overall atmosphere take your breath away. Then comes a succession of courses, each showcasing the artistry of a carefully crafted menu.
All the ingredients are sourced from the lake or the region.
And finally, everything is more than delicious and perfectly balanced... Thank you for this truly memorable experience.

A truly magnificent meal at this wonderful establishment. The dishes were perfect, with incredible precision in the cooking and pairings. What a shame the rain obscured the view!
The only very slight drawback might be the price difference, close to double digits, due to the vineyards located just a few hundred meters away... But a four-and-a-half-hour meal nonetheless, without a single dull moment. It was truly superb. Thank you for everything.

After learning that the restaurant had earned its third Michelin star (the only one in France until 2026!), we decided to give it a try. The setting is both intimate and spectacular, with a breathtaking view of the valley. The welcome was warm, and we were delighted to be seated at a lovely table overlooking the valley.
We chose the "Experience" menu, which was excellent, featuring original dishes with subtle flavors showcasing local produce.
However, the drinks were a bit disappointing: a very average champagne, barely chilled, a very limited wine list by the glass (we were offered a white Anjou to replace a Burgundy that wasn't on the list? In a three-star restaurant?), filtered water at €5 per person, a few glasses (the new eco-friendly trend?), and somewhat haphazard service when refilling them!
Despite these minor drawbacks, the experience was unforgettable, and we will certainly return. The prices are still competitive, congratulations!

An exceptional Easter meal. Les Morainières has just joined the very exclusive circle of three-Michelin-starred restaurants; each dish is a work of art. The chef invites a riot of flavors by leaving the sauceboat on the table. His jus is the soul of his dishes, and having it available allows the emotion of each bite to linger. We are not simply served, but truly welcomed into his world. To finish, the pastry chef is very daring in elevating and presenting rhubarb in a dessert: delicious. Bravo to the entire team!
