The dishes were delicious, the ingredients high-quality, and the value for money remarkable: a starter, main course, and dessert for under €30—that's become rare these days. Special mention goes to the gazpacho and sangria, which practically transported us to Spain with their perfectly executed flavors. I also greatly appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of your establishment, both inside and on the terrace, not forgetting the restrooms. It's a detail that makes all the difference and reflects the care you take of your customers. Thank you to you and your entire team for your warm welcome, professionalism, and generosity. It's clear you love your work, and this is evident in both the food and the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return. P.S.: Mr. Boss, next time, let me enjoy the lime mousse with its apricot marmalade… and not with the strawberry coulis! 😄 I promise, I'll be even happier!
