Saturday evening, without reservation, excellent welcome with succulent dinner with, among other things, a beautiful Hélène pear revisited, very surprising and exquisite. Wine cellar of only quality.

I went there recently with friends and it was amazing! The food was delicious, with tasty and well presented dishes. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, perfect for having a good time with friends. The service was also excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly.

Very warm welcome, very good, well-seasoned cuisine, everything was delicious, well done to the Chef. Special mention for the tagine-style lamb shank and the calvados apple soufflé. We had a pleasant time. To do again. I recommend without hesitation.

Strange one this. Staff were great, pro but warm and friendly also. Atmosphere pleasant, the room is elegant and was full of Sunday diners who looked like locals. The problem was the food - we only had main courses but they were not good at all. Lamb and fish both had off putting smells and tastes, definitely not actually off, just unappetising. Could be we were both unlucky with our choices as the amuse bouche and petit fours offered were fine. However with the price of the main courses at 30-35 euros each this felt like a mistake and a waste of money.

Le Vieux Carré

29/03/2024: We didn't stay there, just had tea with an absolutely delicious orange cake. The place is really well located, beautiful, nicely decorated, the welcome is really warm and friendly. During our next stay in Rouen we will most certainly stay there 😉
