We tried the royal couscous and the meatball couscous with merguez sausage as an extra. It was very good with generous portions. Special mention goes to the vegetable broth, which I loved. The service was impeccable, with a smiling and efficient waitress. The restaurant's interior is well-maintained and pleasant. I recommend it and I think I'll bring other friends and family to introduce them to it.

08/08/2026: An incredible experience, from the warm welcome and generosity to the delicious local cuisine. The authentic mountain setting brought back childhood memories, the trout with orange sauce, the absolutely delicious tartiflette, and the exceptional floating islands were simply divine. A complimentary aperitif and digestif were offered with a genuine smile, along with a few 1-franc coins to help the jukebox! We'll definitely be back every time we're in Briançon. Definitely book in advance!
07/08/2026: The food is perfect and the portions are generous! The place is very unique and a real feast for the eyes. A delightful step back in time! Board games are available on each table to keep you entertained while you wait for your meal! And the staff is fantastic! Average price per person: €45.
