A very warm welcome and very polite and pleasant staff. A cozy and calm atmosphere. The royal couscous was very generous and the gazelle horn pastry served with dates was excellent. I highly recommend it.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at this charming restaurant. The food was perfect: the meat, couscous, and vegetables were delicious, as were the pastries! We were even treated to a short piano concert. I highly recommend it.

03/07/2026: What a great choice we made for our lunch together on July 3rd at this excellent restaurant in the Vauban citadel of Briançon! Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the delicious food, the friendliness and generosity of the manager, not to mention the smile and competence of the waitress! This restaurant, which truly deserves its recommendations, is well worth a visit. Go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed!

20/06/2026: We came yesterday, having made a group reservation by phone for the table and then calling again on the day to place our pizza and salad orders, requesting to be served at a specific time (as we had limited time to get back to the office). Everything was perfect and respected, from the reservation to the timing once we arrived. Thank you! :) Everything was excellent. Very pleasant and professional staff, very clean place. Amazing calzone! ;) We highly recommend it, see you soon! :)
