Les Orchidées Restaurant sur Verdun

Very friendly welcome, attentive staff. Comfortable and quiet room. Very pleasant pool. Excellent restaurant with a lovely terrace. I highly recommend it.

Excellent hotel: the rooms, the decor, the pool, the jacuzzi, the dinner, the breakfast and the SERVICE!

My review is of the restaurant. I think it's a spectacular place. The food is superb. The service is attentive and polite, though a bit slow, as is typical in France. They don't keep an eye on whether your drink is running out, and it's difficult to call them because they're usually unavailable. I plan to return.

This hotel definitely deserves another star.

A relatively centrally located hotel near Verdun. Definitely recommended for a weekend trip. Our room wasn't very large and could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, it was practically impossible to ventilate the room at night as there was no mosquito net. Breakfast was adequate and very tasty, although fresh items like tomatoes or cucumber slices were missing. The pool area was clean and a great plus. There is also ample free parking in front of the hotel.

The rooms don't deserve 3 stars. However, the restaurant is 3 stars.

Despite the late hour, they accepted us. The food was very well presented and of excellent quality.

The hotel is well-equipped and very welcoming. The rooms are spotless. The swimming pool opens on June 1st.

Located at the foot of Fort Douaumont and other must-see historical sites in Verdun, I highly recommend this restaurant with its lovely terrace and delicious food. The service is efficient and professional! A great team and beautiful dishes! Bonus for those staying at the hotel: there's a swimming pool and padel courts :)
