We opted for the five-course "surprise" menu: everything was exquisitely refined, showcasing the pride in using local products (the honeycomb in the bread) and the dedication to balanced dishes (the herring ravioli with a runny egg or the dessert with vanilla cream and fermented rhubarb)... all brought together with delicate sauces, simply delicious! We also highly recommend the wine list by the glass, which offers some delightful surprises thanks to the diversity of the terroirs. Go for it!

Excellent, creative, and flavorful cuisine made with high-quality ingredients. Excellent value for money (we tried the four-course tasting menu). Excellent wines and very helpful recommendations from the sommelier. Pleasant service. The only slight drawback was the somewhat cold decor of the dining room, which didn't quite live up to the quality of the food.

We discovered this restaurant three years ago for a birthday celebration. We enjoyed it so much that we've been coming back every year since, especially for Christmas.
The "Emotions" menu (around €70) offers six courses, each with a blind tasting menu, allowing you to discover or rediscover foods and flavors you're not used to. Each menu can be adapted to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions. Don't forget to mop up every bite with the bread; it's delicious, as are the sauces. Each course can be paired with a glass of excellent wine if you choose the option (around €40).
The service is impeccable. The waitresses are very welcoming, friendly, attentive, and professional. The bread baskets and water carafes are refilled as soon as they're empty, as is your glass of wine.
We've already planned to go back next winter and perhaps, if we have the time, at another time of year, as the menu changes seasonally.

Very bad main poultry course.
Drowning a spiceless, tasteless, overcooked plain bird with ridiculously rubbery skin in a truffle sauce is not a recipe worth repeating.
Everything else was wonderful, the herring dish especially was seriously good, but the bird dish was something you can't serve in a decent restaurant. The kind of thing that keeps one from ever coming back.
