Excellent meal. The fish soup and Le Palis salad were delicious. I wanted something light for dinner, but the glowing description of the house-smoked filet mignon won me over! I have absolutely no regrets. The filet mignon was sliced into incredibly generous portions, served with Breton andouille sausage, walnuts (not rancid, unlike those served elsewhere...), and confit gizzards in a subtle blend bursting with flavor, enhanced with a touch of raspberry vinegar. What more could you ask for? And all for a very reasonable price! Top-notch. I'll be back.

Go for it!! Traveling between Perpignan and Saint-Malo, we stopped by chance and discovered a truly delightful restaurant!! Excellent cider to start, a mixed salad with smoked filet mignon, Guémené andouillette sausage, walnuts, and gizzards—perfect!! A generous casserole of scallops, cooked just right, with a flavorful and spicy broth, Chinese cabbage, leeks, and carrots—divine. In the end, the bill was reasonable, and the place is fantastic!!!

A friendly brasserie, we ordered a mixed charcuterie and cheese platter, more than enough for two with good products. Then the Le Palis Burger with homemade fries, beautifully presented and above all very good.
The service was also commendable, which was perfect.

A gem! 🤩🤩
I recently stayed at this hotel-restaurant and I can't recommend it enough. The welcome was superb, with warm and attentive staff. The food is simply excellent; every dish was delicious! The service was attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The room was spacious and beautifully renovated, combining comfort and aesthetics. A true haven of peace where you can relax.
In short, this establishment fully deserves its stars. A place not to be missed!
