What a nice surprise! We were looking for a restaurant to eat and it was already 1:30 p.m.... We sat down in this small, unpretentious restaurant and there, we enjoyed a shoulder of lamb (cooked for 7 hours) for me and a veal axoa for me. husband. He found it much better than the one he had eaten in the Basque country. The dishes were served with tagliatelle but as I have a gluten-free diet, he replaced the pasta with sautéed potatoes with pieces of gizzard! I'm not a fan of gizzards and yet I enjoyed it!
Everything is homemade and everything was delicious!

Di passaggio a Lourdes ci siamo fermati in questo delizioso locale per un pranzo familiare. Piatti tutti eccezionalmente buoni, ben cucinati , servizio impeccabile e cordiale e alla fine, grande sorpresa perché il conto è stato molto basso ;). Ci torneremo sicuramente se ci sarà occasione. Ambiente molto familiare anche per bambini. Pulizia eccellente.
