A brasserie worthy of some that call themselves "fine dining." Pleasant owner and smiling waitress. We came at the beginning of July, and we'll definitely be back. We ate just as well as the first time. Hats off to the chef... The ingredients are certainly high quality, but they are treated with respect and cooked to perfection. We'll be back again and again...

09/08/2026: (Oc/L)A quiet endrech of cap al darrièr district of grau d'agde abans la tamarissière ... èrem 4 ai near a menut at 26€ (ensalada caesar cap d'interès but alara greenadièrament not tomata limita GMO del comtat 1èr pretz industrial sens parlar de la saussa que èri quitament pas una saussa césar mas de la crèma fresca industrial) main course melhor que la dintrada (ton mi-cuèch) good (F) A cool place facing the last district of Grau d'Agde before the tamarissière... there were 4 of us, I took a menu for 26€ (Caesar salad no interest but then really no tomato GMO limit from the county 1st industrial price not to mention the sauce which was not even a Caesar sauce but industrial crème fraîche) The main course was better than the starter (sealed tuna). Good.
