The ultimate Réunion Island restaurant in Paris. Superbly warm welcome and service. What a wonderful, enchanting Creole interlude we experienced at Les Petits Chandeliers. Absolutely top-notch. All the must-try dishes are there: rougails, curries, masalas, appetizers, sweet potato cake, etc. ... and the ti' punch, treat yourself! A fantastic culinary experience, excellent value for money. Delicious dishes, a perfect 20/20, and a very reasonable price for Paris (a sausage rougail or chicken curry with rice and beans for under €14). You can customize your Creole plate: rice, beans, mango rougail, greens, or peanuts. To avoid waste, extra portions of rice and beans are available upon request (traditionally not included in the price). For a mainland French person, this is more than enough, and the service is attentive enough to ensure you never go hungry. Simply sublime. Highly recommended. One possible drawback is the service, which can be slow depending on how busy the restaurant is. Tip: book in advance as this restaurant is extremely popular.
