A wonderful, warm, and delicious experience at Raymonde's, a true Parisian bistro driven by Jean-Christophe's energy and passion! I especially loved the verbena and Chantilly cream puff—a delight! Highly recommended.

Having been a regular at this restaurant for many years, I discovered the change of name and ownership while I was there. So I had no preconceived notions, only the feeling of everything to discover. I love surprises! The decor is almost identical, the atmosphere calmer (fewer Anglo-Saxons than before), the portions generous, and the ingredients of good quality. That said, the calf's liver was cooked tender and pink in the center but frankly tough on top. A thick sinew ran through the piece, which doesn't bode well for a good cut. The beef, ordered rare, unfortunately suffered from the same problem as the calf's liver (far from tender on top). As for dessert, we're not usually too bothered by the price of the cream puff, as we love it, but the verbena was completely lacking in flavor and the puff itself wasn't crisp enough. Finally, the welcome was standard and somewhat lacking in empathy when we politely asked if it was possible to change the side dish accompanying the beef. The refusal was blunt: "No, not possible"... end of story. Perhaps we'll go back. That said, all the best to Raymonde.

A very pleasant place, good food, natural wines and a very warm welcome – top-notch! You can stay and chat long after your lunch.

The owner has changed, but the welcome and service lack warmth and genuine attention to customers. The food is decent, with an effort to maintain a reasonable price-quality ratio. The decor, however, is fantastic; it's one of the prettiest little bistros in Paris.

Delicious dinner in a lovely setting. Friendly service. Fish and meat cooked to perfection, good wine list, and the crispy Paris-NY cabbage was excellent. We'll be back soon!
