A quick stop on the way to Mont-Saint-Michel, at a small bistro on a pretty square opposite the church, with good quality ingredients and homemade cuisine: delicious cream of mushroom soup with a soft-boiled egg, excellent foie gras to share, and good beef tartare—be careful, the sauce is very spicy! Bonus: they're open on Sundays and serve late for lunch 🙏
